Join us in celebrating and supporting the "Home for the Golden Gays," an LGBTQ community of financially challenged, elderly queers who have been marginalized by society and have come together to create their own home. Nineteen of them currently share a 26 square meter apartment, with a small bathroom, and take turns sleeping on the floor because there simply isn't enough space.

About the event
Join us in celebrating and supporting the "Home for the Golden Gays," an LGBTQ community of financially challenged, elderly queers who have been marginalized by society and have come together to create their own home. Nineteen of them currently share a 26 square meter apartment, with a small bathroom, and take turns sleeping on the floor because there simply isn't enough space. Members of this community range in age from 40 to 96 and have no access to retirement benefits, social security, or healthcare.
Your donation at our event will enable us to assist the Golden Gays in moving to a more comfortable home that befits their vibrant and resilient spirits.
