Entrance & Crowd Management Staff
We are looking for part-time employees to support our admissions and visitor management team. This position focuses exclusively on operational admissions control: no door selection.
You ensure that only authorized guests enter the Valley Area by checking wristbands and tickets after the security and body checks have already been carried out.

Our focus is on providing all guests with a smooth, safe, and inviting experience from arrival to departure.

- Wristband and ticket validity checks at the entrance to the Valley Area
- Verification of guest list access (if applicable)
- Ensure that only authorized guests enter the event premises.
- Friendly and clear information for guests
- Answering basic event-related questions (e.g., directions, times, facilities)
- Monitoring visitor flow to avoid congestion in the entrance area
- Communication with security service and event management as needed
- Professional and calm demeanor even when there are many visitors
What this position does not include
- No door selection or decision-making regarding the admission of individual guests.
- No ticket sales
- No security or body checks.

Friendly, confident and communicative demeanor
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to remain calm even in stressful situations
Team-oriented working style
Basic German and/or English skills
Prior event experience is an advantage, but not required.
