Head of Cleaning Staff (m/f/d)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to lead our cleaning team. As the Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the club—both inside and out. This role is critical to creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, practical experience, and a deep understanding of cleaning processes in fast-paced nightlife or hospitality environments.

Team leadership
You plan and coordinate the work of the cleaning team – including at night, on weekends and at events.
Quality control
You regularly check all areas (dance floor, restrooms, bar, lounge, staff rooms, outdoor area) and ensure that everything is clean and well-maintained.
Training and safety
You instruct new and existing team members on the use of equipment and cleaning supplies and explain the applicable safety and hygiene rules.
Material and warehouse management
You keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, reorder as needed, and ensure they are used responsibly.
Operational support
You will help with setup and dismantling before and after events and ensure that everything is ready for use on time – even during ongoing operations.
communication
You report damage or problems quickly to management and work closely with other teams.
Your profile
Experience in managing a cleaning team – ideally in clubs, bars, event venues or the hotel industry
Leadership skills, organizational talent and an eye for detail
You work independently, are forward-looking and reliable
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
You can motivate a diverse team and promote a good working atmosphere
